About the Role

• Independent Contractor (1099).
• At least 3 years experience
• Answer general questions from potential clients or current clients and book/schedule new appointments over the phone. For example, General questions might include: What is the difference between deep clean and standard clean? I have an appointment today from 10-12 arrival window. Can you let me know if the maids are close? Can you give me a quote for x size home? Professional customer service will be required to help calm down and defuse situations with upset customers when a cleaner performs a low-quality job.
• Make cold calls to generate leads from provided spreadsheet. For example, daycares, event centers, medical offices, realtors, property managers, etc…To gauge interest in having a company clean their space and schedule a walk-through bid.
• Create content to post on our social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok). For example, before and after pictures and videos, reels, stories.
• $300 Paid bi-weekly by direct deposit on Friday.
• 20-hour work week.
• Experience with MS Office Suite
• Access to a computer and cell phone.
• Must pass a back-ground check.
• Must provide at least 3 references.

Requirements

We are looking for a friendly Virtual Assistant to join our cleaning company. The person should be eager to learn about the industry, have professional communication skills, and general customer service.
